Delivery Address
For flawless delivery, ensure your address includes:

Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- Recipient not available at the address
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refusal to accept or verify COD
The courier attempts 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the package returns to us. Refund (minus shipping charges) is processed within 7 business days.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event of damage or loss:
- Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery
- Provide order number + Secure Checkout ID
- Share photos (if damaged) — unboxing videos preferred
- We initiate investigation with courier within 24 hours
- Replacement or full refund processed on confirmation
