On all orders above ₹1500
Processing Time
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped
Delivery Timeline
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier partner availability.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹1500: ₹99 shipping fee
- Orders above ₹1500: FREE shipping
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹49 handling fee
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking details
- SMS updates on delivery status
- Real-time tracking via courier partner's website
If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including:
- Full name
- Complete address with landmark
- City, State, and PIN code
- Valid phone number for delivery updates
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- Customer not available
- Incorrect address
- Refusal to accept delivery
The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us, and refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event of damaged or lost shipments:
- Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery
- Provide order details and photographs (if damaged)
- We'll initiate an investigation with the courier partner
- Replacement or refund will be processed upon confirmation
