Once a perfume bottle is opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Products where the seal is broken
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance
- Change of mind or preference
Eligible for Refund
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
1. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or broken product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
- Include your order number and details
2. Defective Products
If the product has manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty sprayer, incorrect fragrance):
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide detailed description and photographs
- Do not use the product
3. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a different product than ordered:
- Contact us immediately upon discovery
- Keep the product in its original condition
- We'll arrange for pickup and send the correct product
Refund Process

- Verification: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
- Pickup (if applicable): We'll arrange product pickup at no cost to you
- Refund Processing: Once approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit: Amount will be credited to your original payment method
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Wallet: 2-3 business days
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (requires bank details)
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Downloadable products
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items without original packaging and proof of purchase
- Products damaged due to improper storage by customer
Cancellations
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
After Dispatch:
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, and the amount will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for opened or used products. However, if you receive a defective or wrong product, we'll replace it with the same item at no additional cost.
